This blog is my motivation to never give up on my journey to better health and fitness. I'm not trying to lose weight (actually I've been gaining weight since working out regularly) I'm just trying to become strong and healthy.
-Run a 5k
-Be able to do 40 pushups easily
-Be able to do 10 pullups
-Define my abs
Progress (what I can do now):
-Run 1 mile without stopping
I aim to do some kind of exercise everyday (but of course I have unplanned rest days every now and then). My workouts include both cardio and toning. I take a variety of classes at my gym a couple times a week. I eat as healthy as possible; I've completely given up soda and am trying to eliminate all processed foods from my diet (this is harder than it sounds!).
